1. General terms

All our sales are subjected to clauses and general conditions expressed
below, except formal and written infringements of our part. The fact
of placing at us order, takes by rights on behalf of the customer
the acceptance and the pure and simple agreement of the present conditions.
Any order must be placed written by mail or by e-mail. |

All sending for France are made by the post service " colissimo
". For all other countries the sending is made " Priority
Service ". In every case the postage will be in charge of the
buyer. The goods travel at the risks of the buyer, even when the sending
will be made free of charge. |

3. Delivery time |
|
We undertake to handle the orders from reception, but the high number
of our goods does not allow us to pronounce over a precise time.
Our production being dependent on the weight of fleeces which we harvest
on our crowds, it is possible that we are in shortage of stock on
certain products or complexion. We shall hold you at once informed
if such was the case.
In case of delay of our part, the overtaking cannot give place to
damages, to restraints nor to cancellation of the current orders.

4. Receipt |
|
Complaints on nonconformity of the delivery of the ordered products
must be formulated written by mail or by e-mail within 48 hours which
follow their reception.
On the other hand if there is damage or losses during the transport,
we refer to the article 105 of the Business Code.
Any return of goods supposes the preliminary agreement of the Creations
of Bochaine.
The goods from which we shall accept return will give place to a credit
note.

5. Price and payment |
|
The applicable prices are those of current date of the order.
The payment of the goods and the postal charges are owed with order.
The payment on Internet is secured SSL.

6. Jurisdiction |
|
In case of lawsuit or contesting, relative to the present general
conditions of sale, the only competent court will be that of Gap,
whatever is the place of delivery. |
